摘  要:以花生成熟种胚为外植体 ,在 MS附加不同激素 ( 2 0 mg/ L 2 ,4 -D或 5mg/ L Picloram)的培养基上黑暗培养 ,胚性愈伤组织发生率和产胚量无明显差异。在 MS+5mg/ L Picloram培养基上 ,胚性愈伤组织发生率和产胚量与品种类型有关 ,珍珠豆型花生品种胚性愈伤组织发生率和产胚量高于普通型花生品种。体胚在MS+1 0 mg/ L BA培养基上小苗再生达 36.3%~ 77.8%。再生小苗在 MS+0 .3mg/ L NAA培养基上生根后 ,移栽温室能正常生长并开花。Somatic embryos were induced from mature seed embryonic axes of 11 peanut varieties and lines on MS basal medium supplemented with 2,4 D 20mg/L or picloram 5mg/L under dark condition, and the percentage of embryonic callus and average number of somatic embryos per explant had not significant difference in different mediums. However, the percentage of embryonic callus and average number of somatic embryos per explant had relation with botany type of peanut varieties on MS+picloram 5mg/L medium, and Spanish type were higher than the Virginia. The somatic embryos developed into shoot on MS+BA 10mg/L medium, and shoot regeneration rate were 36.3%~77.8%. The regeneration plant were transferred to greenhouse after rooting on MS+NAA 0.3mg/L and they could flower and set pod normally.
