摘  要:罩网隔离条件下 ,用 5种化学保持剂 ( CRA)对 2个芝麻雄性核不育材料分 3个生育阶段进行叶面喷施。结果表明 :与空白对照相比 ,雄性不育株花粉不育度从 87.7%下降到 54.8% ,花粉育性恢复率最高可达32 .9% ,平均为 2 2 .9%。不育株自交结蒴率最高达到 1 7.9% ,结实率最高达到 8.0 %。以 D4、D5 、D1 1 、D1 2 、D1 4 、D1 6 6个处理效果较好 ,其单株自交结蒴率最高达 4 1 .4 % ,结实率最高达 2 0 .7% ,不育株单株自交结实能力提高 1 .8~ 1 2 .6倍。所用 5种化学保持剂以 CRA0Two male sterile lines of sesame grown isolatedly were treated with 17 treatments (D 1~D 17 ) by 5 types of CRA at 2 concentrating levels. The results showed that the average restoration rate of pollen fertility was 22.9%, with the maximum 32.9%; that the maximum of capsule and seed rates of male sterile plants were 17.9% and 8.0%, respectively. The effects of treatments D 4、D 5、D 11 、D 12 、D 14 、D 16 were better than those of the others. The capsule and seed rates at single plant level were up to 41.4% and 20.7%. The relative seed productivity of male sterile plants treated was increased by 1.8~12.6 times compared with CK. CRA02 was the best among the 5 types of CRA used.
