摘 要:基于工程建设区水土流失现状和水土流失敏感分析,利用经验公式,并在分析了水土流失分区与预测时段的基础上,预测了华南地区某房地产开发建设项目建设期可能造成的新增水土流失量与危害,确定了新增水土流失的时空分布.结果表明:本工程建设扰动地表面积34 998m2,可能造成水土流失面积34 998m2,工程建设损坏具有水土保持功能的草地面积为5 000m2;本工程施工期可能造成的水土流失总量为516t,其中新增水土流失量为476t,占总水土流失量的92%;本工程整体地形相对平坦,水土流失强度不大,没有绝对限制或严格限制性制约因素.The new soil and water loss and its damage are predicted about a real estate construction project in South China,using the empirical formula based on analysing soil and water loss partition and forecast period.And it is determinates that spatial and temporal distribution of the new soil and water loss.The results showed that:the disturbance surface area of project construction is 34 998 m2,may result in soil erosion area 34 998 m2 and the grass area of with soil and water conservation functions damaged by the construction 5 000 m2.The total amount of soil erosion in construction period is 516 t,of which the added amount of soil erosion is 476 t,92% of the total amount of soil erosion.The project,as a whole,is relatively flat topography,and soil erosion is not intense,therefore,there is no absolute and strict limiting factors.
