摘  要:在山西石灰性土壤常规配比施肥条件下 ,花生接种优良根瘤菌效果显著 ,结瘤数增加 5倍 ,接种占瘤率 >70 % ,盆栽和大田供氮率分别达到 4 5.6± 6.6%和 30 .2± 3.3% ,增加固氮量 69.0~ 1 0 1 .0 kg/hm2 ,比自然结瘤固氮量提高 3.4~ 6.9倍。接种根瘤菌盆栽增产 32 .3± 1 1 .8% ,大田增产 1 7.2± 4 .7% ,提高籽仁粗蛋白含量 3.0 %~ 7.0 %。The effect of inoculation rhizobia with common prescription application of manure and chemical fertilizer on peanut ( Arachis hypogaea L.) were significant under calcareons soil in Shanxi province. The number nodules per plant with inoculation was increased five times compared to CK, and the rate of nodules formed by inoculating rhizobia were over 70%. The N 2 fixation rate of inoculum strains in the pot and field was 45.6±6.6% and 30.2±3.3%, respectively. The N 2 fixation amount of inoculation treatment was increased about 69~101kg/hm 2, which was 3.4~6.9 times over that of natural nodulation. The yield of treatment in the pot and field experiments increased by 32.3±11.8% and 17.2±4.7%, respectively, and crude protein content of peanut seed increased by 3%~7%. The interation effect of inoculation with two rhizobia strains or rhizobium and Bacillus mucilaginosus was not stable.
