摘　　要：合成酶类的分类标准似应在现有基础上增加 :合成酶包括催化脂酰CoA上的脂酰基团与其他物质分子生成一种新的酸类物质的酶类 ,反应中伴随有高能硫酯化合物的水解供能。反应式为 :X +脂酰CoA +H2 O X -脂酸It seems that some other classification standard should be added into the existing ones. That is, synthetases should also include the enzyme which catalyze the acyl group of one coenzyme A to synthesize one new kind of acidic substance with the other substance, accompanying in the reaction with providing energy of high energy thioesters chemical substance when hydrolyzed. The formula of the reaction is X+acyl～CoA+H 2OX-lipid acid +HSCoA.
