摘 要:为分析复杂装配体输油臂的强度,采用有限元线性接触技术,在输油臂最大展开状态下对各实体进行连接,独立划分各个实体的网格,计算输油工况下输油臂的强度,解决复杂装配体输油臂有限元网格划分的难题.通过模拟加载方式,模拟输送油料质量及油料输送的动载荷,进行输油臂结构应力测试,验证输油臂有限元分析方法和结果的合理性,为输油臂设计与制造提供参考.To analyze the strength of complicated assembly loading arm,each connection solid of loading arm is spliced under the max unfolded state using finite element linear contact technique.By meshing every solid independently,the strength of the loading arm is calculated under oil transfer condition,and then the difficult problem of finite element meshing for complicated assembly is solved.The oil mass and the dynamic load of oil transfer are simulated by loading simulation,and the loading arm structure stress is tested.It is proved that the finite element analysis method and its results are rational,which provides reference for the design and production of loading arm.
