摘　　要：通过对2012年国内日化上市公司年报的解读与分析,指出了当前国内日化公司可能面临的各种风险,提出了如何采取各种措施和办法提高企业竞争力来应对各种风险。By analyzing the annual report in 2012 of listed daily chemical companies, the author pointed out various risks domestic companies may face, and put forward measures and methods to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises for dealing with risk.
