摘　　要：为了解萘胺类化合物 CRL缓解家蚕氟中毒的机理 ,研究了 CRL对氟中毒家蚕幼虫血淋巴中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px)活性的影响 .正常的家蚕 5龄幼虫血淋巴 GSH- Px在龄的中期活性较强 ,龄初和龄末活性较弱 .幼虫添食 15mmol/L的 Na F溶液后 ,GSH- Px活性显著增强 ,经 CRL添食处理后 ,GSH- Px的活性有所下降 .经 CRL和增效剂协同处理后 GSH-In order to understand the mechanism of the detoxication of the fluoride poisoned silkworm by naphthylamine compounds such as CRL, the effect of CRL on the activity of the glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) in the hemolymph of fluoride poisoned silkworm larvae was studied For normal fifth instar larva, the GSH Px activity was relatively higher in the middle of the stage, while it was lower both in the beginning and the end of the stage After feeding 15 mmol/L of NaF solution, the GSH Px activity increased obviously, however, it decreased with the treatment of CRL, and it became much lower with the treatment of CRL and the synergist together
