摘　　要：戈尖高岭土矿层,夹于老君山花岗片麻岩中,或夹花岗片麻岩于矿层(体)中,二者产状基本相似。认为该高岭土矿系由老君山花岗片麻原地高岭土化成生,花岗片麻岩是高岭土矿(体)的母岩。The Gejian kaoline ore bed （ore body） either sandwiches in Laojtmshan granite gneiss or is sandwiched in between Laojunshan granite gneiss. The occurrence of them is basically consistent each other. We think this kaoline deposit is formed by the kaolinization in situ of Laojunshan granite gneiss. The granite gneiss is the mother rock of the kaoline ore deposit （ ore body）.
