摘 要:处理温度的降低对采出水处理系统影响最大的是滤料再生效果,常规的单独水反冲洗方式已不能满足污水低温处理的生产需要。大庆油田特高含水期实施低温采出水处理过程中,通过采用核桃壳滤罐变强度反冲洗、砂滤罐气水反冲洗以及提温反冲洗等技术进行的试验,开发出适宜的低温滤料反冲洗技术和运行参数,解决了制约采出液低温集输处理技术推广应用的瓶颈。研制的高效低温破乳剂解决了在原油凝固点附近进行油水破乳的技术难题,降低了脱后污水的含油量,实现了低温条件下的油水分离。The regeneration effects of filtering medium have been the greatest impact for produced water low temperature treatment system and the conventional water backwashing method can not meet the production needs of sewage treatment at low temperature.The low temperature produced water treatment process at super high water-cut stage of Daqing oilfield has been introduced in this paper.A suitable low temperature backwashing technique and the operation parameter have been developed by using variable intensity backwashing technology of walnut shell filter tank,airwater backwashing of sand filter tank and temperature-raising backwashing technique.The highefficiency low-temperature demulsifiers have been developed to solve oil/water demulsification near pour point of crude oil,oil content of treated sewage has been reduced and oil/water separation can be realized under low-temperature.
