摘　　要：作为可持续理念在建筑领域的延伸与实践,绿色建筑的实现有赖于建立科学有效的绿色建筑评价体系。自20世纪90年代以来,各国依据自身国情逐步建立并不断完善相应的绿色建筑评价体系,以英国BREEAM、美国LEED、澳大利亚Green Star以及日本CASBEE为例,从核心理念、评价对象与内容、打分方式、评价分级等方面进行研究;分析我国绿色建筑评价体系存在的问题,借鉴国外相关经验,对我国绿色建筑评价体系从评价对象、评价指标及相关制度建设等方面提出完善对策。Green building is the extension and practice of sustainable concept in the fields of building. Establishing a scientific and effective evaluation system of green building is important prerequisite to realise the green building and the sustainable development. Since the 1990＇s of last century, many countries have gradually established their evaluation systems of green building on the basis of national conditions. Taking BREEAM, LEED, Green Star, and CASBEE for example, The paper combs foreign green building assessment system＇s development process from the core concept, object and content of evaluation, scoring, evaluation and other aspects. On the Base of the analysis ,the paper analyses the the existing problems of China＇s green building evaluation system and gives advice to China＇s green building evaluation system from the object of evaluation, evaluation index and related system so as to improve measures.
