摘　　要：该文以哈尔滨近现代建筑屋顶特征与发展规律的总结为基础,结合城市建筑第五立面现状问题的分析,从城市规划管理与工程技术指引两个方面,编写与制订了哈尔滨城市建筑第五立面规划控制导则,以期为相关城市第五立面的规划与管理工作提供必要的参考与依据。Through the historical analysis of modern architecture and site visits, from the perspective of the morphological evolution of the characteristic symbol of the the Harbin city building roof, we summarize and analyze the status of the fifth facade of the Harbin city building. Engineering and technical guidance from the city planning countermeasures based on the preparation of the Harbin city building facade planning control guidance to cities around the building facade planning and management activities related case.
