摘　　要：2009年以来"花园城市"新加坡所构建的社区、景观、生态三位一体城市水体治理体系,有效地应对了快速城市化背景下的城市水体污染、城市水资源缺乏、城市河道单一管道化以及城市社区公众无法亲近城市水体的综合问题。通过实地考察和相关资料整理,系统介绍了这种国外最新的先进治理城市水体的经验,并进行案例分析,供国内同行参考学习。Since 2009, the ＂Garden City＂ Singapore has built new governance method of urban water systems under the guidance of community, landscape, ecology Three-in-One. In the context of rapid urbanization, the method can effectively deal with the urban water pollution, lack of water resources in cities, and treat the urban river as pipeline and city residents away from the urban water problems. We make a thorough introduction to the latest foreign advanced management experience of urban water, and provide case studies for domestic counterparts learning.
