摘　　要：设计价值图将此时此地作为现状原点,鼓励设计超越地域性差异而通过智慧实现价值。在设计价值图思想的指导下,以泉州市高校学生宿舍为例,总结多年实践经验,分析其在宏观秩序、单体秩序、平面布局、细部等方面的优化设计方法,具体措施有加强组团意识与宏观秩序、注重单体的协调性与差异性、南向外廊平面布局、"U"字型体量组合模式、宿舍单元中框架梁、电源插座、鞋柜、自然采光等细部处理,力图以朴素的方法在各个层面上实现以人为本的设计理念。The design value drawings looks the present circumstance as the original point and encourages the design to surpass the regional differences and realize the value through wisdom. Under the guidance of the design value drawings and taking the college dormitories in Quanzhou for example, we try to summarize the experience of many years, to analyze how to optimize the design of college dormitories in macroscopic order, monomeric order, plane layout, detail and some other aspects. The concrete measures are strengthening awareness of groups and macroscopic order, emphasizing monomeric harmony and difference, using the plane layout with corridor in the south and volume combination of U, taking measures in frame beam, electric outlet, shoe cabinet and natural lighting. So as to implement a people-oriented design concept in a plain way at all levels.
