浅谈涡街流量计安装及使用不当对其测量结果的影响

摘　　要：选取一台用于蒸汽流量贸易结算用涡街流量计,利用常用的标准表法气体流量标准装置作为计量标准进行实验标定,研究在多种仪表和管路对中同轴质量情况下,对仪表k系数、重复性、仪表线性度等关键参数检定结果的影响,以引起涡街流量计使用者对仪表安装质量的重视。Choosing the vortex steam flowmeter for trade settlement as the object of study, by using the common gas flow standard facility by master meter method as the measurement standard, the paper studies the influence on the key parameters such as meter k coefficient, repeatability, meter linearity etc under the situation of various meters and pipeline coaxial quality, hoping to arise the attention of instrument users to assemble quality.
