经中心静脉导管注入医用明胶治疗外伤性肺假性囊肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经中心静脉导管注入医用明胶的方法治疗外伤性肺假性囊肿(traumaticpulmonarypseudo-cyst,TPPC)的临床价值。方法我院2009年2月～2012年5月应用经中心静脉导管注入医用明胶的方法治疗TPPC共22例,另选择同期行常规治疗的22例TPPC患者为对照组,比较两组的临床治疗效果及两组患者的实际治疗时间和住院时间,比较两组患者治疗前后心率、呼吸频率的变化情况及复发情况。结果采用经中心静脉导管注入医用明胶的方法治疗TPPC,能够缩短住院时间及实际治疗时间,两组患者的住院时间及实际治疗时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种方法对TPPC患者的生命体征均无影响,术后随访无一例复发,观察组的复发率(0)明显低于对照组(13.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经中心静脉导管注入医用明胶治疗TPPC可做为一种更为有效的治疗方案,能够缩短住院时间、降低复发率,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical value of medical gelatin injected by central venous catheter in treatment of traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst （traumatic pulmonary pseudo cyst,TPPC）. Methods 22 cases in our hospital from February 2009 to May 2012 via central venous catheter injection medical gelatin in treatment of traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst were established as treatment method,at the same time other 22 patients with TPPC treated by conventional treatment were established as control group,clinical curative effect,actual treatment time and hospitalization time,change of heart rate,breathing rate and relapse condition before and. after treatment were compared. Results The central venous catheter injection medical gelatin in treatment of traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst can shorten the hospitalization time and actual treatment time,patients＇hospitalization time and actual treatment time of two groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Two methods both had no effect on vital signs of patients, no case of recurrence,the recurrence rate （0） of observation group was obviously lower in the control group （13.6%）,with significant difference（P 〈： 0.05）. Conclusion Medical gelatin injected by central venous catheter in treatment of traumatic pulmonary pseudocyst,which can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of promotion and application,can be used as more effective method of treatment.
