甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将2009年4月～2010年6月在我院收治的2型糖尿病患者110例分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予预混胰岛素(诺和灵30R)治疗,观察组给予甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗。治疗时间均为12周。观察两组治疗前后患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)的变化、胰岛素每天用量、血糖达标的时间和低血糖发生的情况。结果两组患者治疗后FBG、2hPBG,HbAlC均明显降低,其中治疗后两组FBG,HbAlC水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者2hPBG水平,胰岛素每日用量,血糖达标时间和低血糖发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著,血糖达标时间较短,低血糖发生率低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from April 2009 to June 2011 were divided into control group and observation group,each group had 55 cases.Control group were treated with Premixed insulin（Novolin 30R）,and observation group were treated with Insulin Glargine combined with Acarbose.The treatment time were 12 weeks.The fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2 h postprandial blood glucose（2 hPBG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）,Insulin daily dosage,the time to reach the target blood glucose and the occurrence of Hypoglycemia were observed. Results After treatment,FBG,2 hPBG,HbA1C of the two groups were significantly reduced.FBG,HbAIC levels were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05）,2 hPBG level,Insulin daily dosage,the time to reach the target blood glucose and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups,the differences were significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Insulin Glargine combined with Aearbose in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has a distinct curative effect,the time to reach the target blood glucose is short,the incidence of hypoglycemia is low.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
