摘　　要：目的探讨注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 96例慢性乙型肝炎患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予重组人干扰素α2b,观察组给予重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片。结果观察组总有效率79.17%高于对照组60.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用重组人干扰素α2b联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较佳疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods 96 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b. The observation group were treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b combined with thymosin enteric-coated tablets. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79.17% higher than 60.42% in the control group, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effects of treating chronic hepatitis B with recombinant human interferon ah）ha 2b combined with thvmosin enteric-coated tablets well.
