摘 要:目的探讨护理指导下家庭认知训练对老年性痴呆患者的临床效果。方法选择60例患者,分为两组,各30例,观察组使用本研究护理方法,对照组则使用常规护理如,心理护理,日常生活护理,药物治疗护理等,对两组患者治疗前后智力及生活能力进行评估,并统计两组所发生的护理意外。结果观察组护理干预后MMSE和ADL得分均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高于对照组护理干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),发生反流误吸、误服药物、跌倒、走失及行为失常的比率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的家庭认知功能训练的护理指导能提高患者智力及生活能力,并减少发生不良护理事件的比率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of nursing-guided family cognitive training on patients with senile dementia. Methods Sixty pa6ents were selected and divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group received the nursing method of this study and the control group received the conventional nursing,such as psychological nursing,daily life nursing and drug treatment nursing.The intelligence and ability of life before and after treatment of both groups were evaluated and the nursing accidents of both groups were analyzed statistically. Results The MMSE and ADL scores of the observation group after nursing intervention were significantly higher than those before nursing intervention(P 〈 0.05)and were also higher than those of the control group after nursing intervention(P 〈 O.05);The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the occurrences of regurgitation and aspiration,wrong administration of drugs,falls,wandering away and behavioral disorders (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing-guided family cognitive training can improve the patient' s intelligence and ability of life and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,thereby worthy of promotion.
