钢板置入内固定治疗四肢骨折的应用效果及并发症

摘　　要：目的回顾性总结分析钢板置入内固定治疗四肢骨折的应用效果及并发症发生情况。方法选取2010-2011年在我院进行治疗的四肢骨折的患者67例，用微创经皮钢板内固定法来进行治疗，并随访12个月，观察患者匪I手术期的各项重要指标（手术时间、术中出血量、术后不良反应、骨折愈合所需时间）、总体治疗效果及患者随访期间的并发症状况。结果患者的手术时间为（65．7±4．9）min，术中平均出血量为（125．6±9．6）mL，术后4例患者出现发热，患者骨折愈合所需时间为（13．7±2．1）周，患者总体的治疗优良率为91．04％，术后总共有6例（8．96％）患者发生并发症。结论钢板置入内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广。Objective Retrospectiveiy analyzed the application effect and complications of internal fixation with steel plate in treatment of extremities fractures. Methods 67 cases of limbs fracture in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 were selected,treated by method of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation,and followed-up for 12 months. The important perioperative indicators（operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative adverse reactions,fracture healing time required）and overall treatment effect and the complications during the follow-up of patients were observed. Results The operation time of the patients was （65.7 ±4.9）min,the average intraoperative blood loss was （125.6 ± 9.6）mL,postoperative fever in 4 patients,fracture healing time was （13.7 ± 2.1）weeks,overall treatment fineness was 91.04%,a total of 6 cases of postoperative complications （8.96%）. Conclusion The internal fixation with steel plate placement in treatment of extremities fractures have significant therapeutic effect,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
