干扰素联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的效果

摘　　要：目的研究干扰素联合阿德福韦酯治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法回顾性分析沈阳市第六人民医院129例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者临床资料,根据采用治疗方法不同分为干扰素组、阿德福韦酯组及联合给药组(IFNα-2b联合阿德福韦酯),每组各43例。观察3组治疗基线及治疗后12、24、48周病毒学、血清学及生化学的应答率。结果治疗前三组各指标水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后各时点,联合给药组HBV DNA转阴率高于干扰素组(P<0.05);HBeAg转阴(转换)率及HBsAg清除(转换)率高于干扰素组及阿德福韦酯组(P<0.05)。结论 IFNα与阿德福韦酯联合具有一定的协同作用,治疗HbeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的效果较单药治疗好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of IFN combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods Clinical data of 129 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B treated in the 6th people;s hospital of Shenyang city were analczed retrospectively. According to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into the IFN group, adefovir dipivoxil group and combined treatment group （IFN a-2b combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil）, each group had 43 cases. The response rates of virology, serology and biochemistry in the three groups before treatment and 12, 24, 48 weeks after treatment were observed. Results Before treatment the levels of these indexes in the three groups had no significant differences （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment HBV DNA negative rates in combined treatment group were higher than those in the IFN group （P 〈 0.05）. HBeAg serological negative or conversion rates and HBsAg serological negative or conversion rates in the combined treatment group were all higher than those in the IFN group and Adefovir Dipivoxil group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion IFN a combined with Adefovir Dipivoxi has a certain synergistic effect, its treatment effect for patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B is better than monotherapy. It is worthy of clinical application.
