双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻86例的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年2月～2012年5月我院收治的86例婴幼儿腹泻患者,按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各43例,分别用西医常规疗法和双歧杆菌四联活菌片合用蒙脱石散治疗,用药1周。结果 1周后,对照组与治疗组的临床症状均有改变,治疗组的疗效(97.67%)高于对照组(72.09%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),没有出现不良反应。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻,疗效高,安全无副作用,值得临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lactobacillus and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 86 cases with infantile diarrhea in our hospital from February 2011 to May 2012 were selected and retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment methods they were divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 43 cases, the two groups were treated by western conventional therapy and Lactobacillus with montmorillonite powder for one week respectively. Results After one week, the clinical symptoms of the two groups had been changed, the efficacy of the treatment group （97.67%） was higher than the control group （72.09%）, the differences of the two groups had statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, both had no adverse reaction. Conclusion It has high efficacy, safety without side effects of lactobacillus and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.h is worthy for clinical promote.
