摘  要:大猿叶甲的 3~ 4龄幼虫对昆虫病原线虫SteinernemacarpocapsaeAgriotos品系最敏感 ,在 2 5℃以上的恒温条件下 ,线虫对土壤内 3~ 4龄幼虫的寄生率可达 90 %左右 ,在自然变温条件 (2 2~ 30℃ )下 ,其寄生率亦可达 75 %~ 80 % ;对 1~ 2龄幼虫和蛹的寄生率在 5 0 %~ 70 % 。The entomopathogenic nematode, Steinernema carpocapsae (strain Agriotos) was evaluated for its potential to control the vegetable beetle, Colaphellus bowringi Baly, in the soil. The mortality of 3rd and 4th instar larvae was about 90 per cent under the constant temperature of 25℃ and 75%~80% under the natural temperature after nematodes were applied. The parasite rate of nematodes to the 1st~2nd instar larvae and pupae was 50% to 70%, but the adults of the beetle were not infected by the nematodes.
