正常脂质的四肢结节性黄瘤6例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的提高对结节性黄瘤的诊断治疗水平。方法分析6例正常脂质的四肢结节性黄瘤患者的临床资料,并结合文献对正常脂质的结节性黄瘤的临床病理特征、诊断治疗及预后进行分析。结果四肢正常脂质出现结节性黄瘤,位于四肢关节的伸侧,见散在暗红色结节,黄豆大小,对称分布,无破溃,无触痛。采用局部液氮冷冻治疗后患者恢复良好。术后3个月复查未发现复发征象,血常规、生化检查结果正常。结论在四肢正常脂质中也出现结节性黄瘤,采用局部液氮冷冻治疗效果良好。Objective To improve the diagnosis of tuberous xanthoma and its therapeutic; levels. Methods Six case of tuberous xanthoma of the limbs with normal lipid profile were analyzed. Clinical data, combined with the literature on the normal lipid tuberous xanthoma, its clinical and pathological features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis were analyzed. Results Normal lipid tuberous xanthoma located on the extensor surface of all the four limbs. The lesions were dark red nodules of soybean size with scattered and symmetrical distribution without ulceration and tenderness. Good recovery was seen with liquid nitrogen therapy. After three month of review no signs of recurrence was found, blood and biochemical tests were normal. Conclusion Tuberous xanthoma of the limb can also occur with normal lipid profile and the use of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy has good effect.
