摘　　要：目的探讨2期手足口病患儿激素治疗的疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法对228例2期手足口病患儿病例进行回顾队列分析。将患儿入院后是否应用激素治疗作为分组依据,通过持续监测患儿血压、呼吸、心率、血糖、白细胞变化等,分析激素治疗对患儿病情的影响。结果 228例第2期手足口病患儿发展为严重高血压者共105例。激素治疗组较对照组严重高血压及高血糖发生率更低。结论 2期手足口病患儿应用短程激素治疗在一定程度上同严重高血压及高血糖的发生率呈负相关,尚需更多的前瞻性临床试验来证明。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of hormone therapy for severe Hand-foot-and-mouth dis- ease inpatients, and provides the reference for physicians. Methods Carrying out retrospective cohort analysis for 228 cases of the second stage hand-foot-mouth disease in children. The children admitted to hospital whether hormone therapy as the group factor. Through continuous monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, blood glucose, with white blood cell changes, analyzed of the effects of hormone therapy on children with the disease. Results By con- tinuing blood pressure monitoring, 105 cases were tortured with severe hypertension. Severe hypertension and hyper- glycaemia occurrence rate in the hormone treatment group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Ap- plication of short-range hormone therapy with severe hypertension and hyperglycemia were negatively correlated in children with hand-foot-mouth disease on the second stage, which still need more prospective clinical trials to prove.
