肺康复运动训练对改善肺叶切除术后患者肺功能效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨患者肺叶切除术后实施肺康复运动训练对其肺功能的影响。方法选取2010年7月～2012年6月在我院接受肺叶切除术并符合研究标准的患者60例，随机分为对照组和研究组各30例，对照组患者接受常规护理措施，研究组患者接受常规护理措施及规范化肺康复护理训练，比较两组患者术前及术后1个月的肺功能指标。结果术后1个月研究组患者的FVC、MVV与对照组患者相比无统计学差异（P〉0．05），但FEV1、FEV1／FVC均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论患者肺叶切除术后实施肺康复运动训练能够使其肺功能得到改善，对于术后的康复可以起到促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training for patients after the lobe resection. Methods 60 patients after the lobe resection were selected from our hospital and divided into observation group and control group randomly （n = 30）.Control group were treated with routine nursing measures,observation group were treated with routine nursing measures and Pulmonary rehabilitation training. Lung function indexes of two groups before and 1 month after the lobe resection were compared. Results There were no significant differences in FVC and MVV after 1 month the lobe resection between two groups （P 〉 0.05）.FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the observation group were significant better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The programme of Pulmonary rehabilitation training has an effective approach in improving patients＇ lung function after the lobe resection.
