摘 要:LSLP法作为一种有关技术引进项目的评价方法,被广泛应用于国际和国内的各个行业、部门、企业之间的技术贸易中。将LSLP法中技术供方的利润分成率和技术受方的投资报酬率这两者之间的关系放入贸易谈判过程中讨价还价的序贯博弈的框架内进行分析,搭建生产率增速定位模型。利用农业部门的实测数据对模型的经济意义进行拟合,得出生产率增速是推进技术进步的核心变量。The principia of LSLP are applied in each industry, department and enterprises as a kind of method of item evaluating about technology indraught. Putting the connection between the profit deduction percentage of technology providers and the investment recompense percentage of technology demander into the frame of the sequential gambling of the argy-bargy in the period of trade negotiation, constructing the orientation model of productivity growth,and matching the economy meaning by the data of agriculture department, there is a conclusion that productivity growth is the kernel variable which can push technology advancement.
