摘　　要："环首都经济圈"战略的出台,为该区域的文化产业发展带来了难得的契机。然而长期处于探寻跨区域协作方式的语境中,环首都经济圈文化产业对接首都,首先要准确定位区域产业功能,整合区域内外产业要素资源;再从延伸、补充和服务环节着手,以错位、迂回、追求超越的思路设计产业链;又要善于借助文化传播、科技力量优化价值链,实现辐射带动效应。The strategy of ＂capital economic circle＂ has brought a rare opportunity for the regional culture industry development. However, in the long term search context of cross-regional cooperation way, cultural industry of capital economic circle connects with the capital, first of all, we should accurately position regional industry function, integrate inside and outside re- gional resources of the industry elements, and set about from the extension, supplement and service aspects, design industry chain from the dislocation, circuitous and pursuit the transcending, and be good at using culture dissemination and science and technology strength to optimize the value chain and implement the radiation and drive effect.
