摘 要:以进口OSB板、国产胶合板、国产花旗龙板为墙面板,进口SPF和国产杉木为墙骨,设计制作5组木框架墙体试件,通过静力单向荷载试验和低周循环荷载试验测试木框架墙体抗剪性能,研究了不同材料组合对木框架墙体抗剪强度、弹性抗侧刚度、极限位移、耗能的影响.结果表明:采用国产胶合板的墙体具有良好的抗剪性能,可应用于剪力墙制作,而采用国产花旗龙板的墙体其抗剪性能较差,建议在实践中仅作为强度储备;采用国产杉木墙骨柱的墙体其抗剪性能稍劣于采用SPF墙骨柱的墙体;与标准墙相比,采用国产杉木和国产胶合板制作的墙体其抗剪性能明显降低.Three kinds of panel material including import OSB, board plywood and board Huaqi panel and two kinds of frame material including import SPF and board fir wood were used to make of wall specimen. Considering different materials of panel and frame, five group of walls were made. They were tested under monotonic and cyclic loads respectively, and the effects of different materials of panel and frame on the strength, stiffness, ultimate displacement and energy dissipation of shear walls were studied. Experimental results show that plywood can be used to make shear wall because of the good shear performance shown in experiment. However, the shear performance of the wall with Huaqi plate is poor, So it is better to be used as reserve in practice. The shear performance of the wall whose studs are made with fir wood is worse than the wall adopting SPF as its studs; and comparing with standard wall, the shear performance of lhe wall made with plywood and fir wood obviously goes down.
