摘 要:为利用茶皂素研制高级洗涤剂提供依据 ,对茶皂素溶液的表面张力、起泡力和泡沫稳定性及去污能力进行了测定 ,同时 ,研制了复配型茶皂素洗涤剂 ,并检验了该洗涤剂对丝毛织物的洗涤效果 .结果表明 ,茶皂素溶液质量分数由 0 .0 0 1 2 %增加到 0 .0 5 0 %时 ,其表面张力由 6 .5× 1 0 - 3N/ m降低至 3.6× 1 0 - 3N/ m ;与人工合成的表面活性剂比较 ,茶皂素溶液的起泡力较弱 ,但其泡沫稳定性极强 ,而且茶皂素的起泡力对水的硬度变化极不敏感 ;茶皂素单独使用时 ,去污力不如合成表面活性剂强 ;当与合成表面活性剂复配后 ,去污力显著增强 .To provide experimental basis for producing high quality tea saponin detergent,the surface tension, foam forming capacity,foam endurance and detergency of tea saponin solution were measured.A new detergent composed of tea saponin and surface active agents was produced and its washing efficiency to silk and wool was also tested. The results showed that as the concentration of tea saponin solution increased from 0.001 2% to 0.050%, the surface tension decreased from 6.5×10 -3 N/m to 3.6×10 -3 N/m.The foam forming capacity of tea saponin was weaker than those of synthetic surface active agents, but its foam endurance of tea saponin was very stronger. Moreover, the foam forming capacity of tea saponin was not affected by water hardness. When utilized alone, the detergency of tea saponin was weaker than those of synthetic surface active agents, but the detergency of tea spaonin increased obviously when mixed with synthetic surface active agents. An excellent washing effect for silk and wool by the new detergent composed of tea saponin and some synthetic surface active agents was obtained.
