摘　　要：为避免企业在市场交易过程中所带来的市场风险,文章提出,应从培育员工的市场风险管理文化入手,在构建市场风险管理整体框架基础上,建立组织体系、政策体系、基本流程、信息系统,从而较好地规避市场风险。In order to avoid market risks from the market trading process of the enterprise, from a training of the market risk management culture for the staff, based on the establishment on the integrated framework of the market risk management, the establishment on the organization system, policy system, basic procedure and information system could well avoid the market risks.
