摘 要:文章将不规则回转体旋转中心处的约束反力和力矩作为模型动平衡特性的判定依据,借助运动学仿真软件ADAMS,进行了结构动平衡设计的仿真分析。分析了回转体静平衡和动平衡的关系,推导了回转体要实现动平衡所需的条件,给出了回转体静平衡和动平衡的评价标准,讨论了回转体模型质量分布与配平结果之间的相位关系。动平衡设计前后结构动平衡特性的对比显示,动平衡设计后,回转体旋转中心处的扰动力和扰动力矩明显减小,结构动平衡特性显著改善。Force and momentum at rotate center of the unbalanced rotating body is used as an evaluation of its dynamic balancing level, and corresponding dynamic balancing simulation is performed with ADAMS software. Relationship between static balancing and dynamic balancing is analyzed, and conditions to achieve dynamic balancing are derived. Also evaluation criterion of static balancing and dynamic balancing is given, and angular relationship between mass distribution and balan- cing result is discussed. Comparison shows that, after balancing, the force and momentum at rotate center decrease greatly, and model dynamic balance becomes much better.
