摘 要:当前在工业控制领域,由于没有统一的通信标准,难以高效集成来自不同厂商的产品。同时,智能仪表普遍存在操作复杂、远程通信能力差、维护困难等缺陷,导致中央监控室无法及时、准确地进行生产调度。针对以上问题,本文以OPC服务器为主体架构,内嵌流量补偿与积算模块,外扩关键参数设定接口,辅以过程数据库存储区域,搭建了流量积算服务器。In industrial control field nowadays, it is difficult to efficiently integrate products from different vendors because of the lack of uniform communication standards. Meanwhile, intelligent instruments have such defects as complex operation, poor remote communication and maintenance difficulties, which lead to the production scheduling inaccurately and untimely. In allusion to these defects, the flow totalizing server is constructed by taking OPC server as the main architecture, embedding the modules of flow compensation and integration, expanding the interface of key parameter settings and complementing with the process database as storage region in this paper.
