摘　　要：应用SCP范式对北京市传媒业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效进行评估显示,北京市的传媒业经过多年的改革与发展、经营模式创新,已走在全国前列。同时,也存在着体制制约明显、资源配置和产业结构不合理等问题。解决这些问题的关键在于加快传媒产业的体制改革力度,完善相关产业政策,实施传媒整合战略,转变发展方式;促进产业融合,优化传媒产业结构;构建和发展现代传播体系,提高传播能力,为带动文化事业全面繁荣提供能量。The SCP paradigm evaluation of Beijing＇s media industry in terms of market structure, market behavior and market perfor- mance shows that the reform and development, and operation model innovation of the industry are in the leading position throughout the nation. However, there are problems such as evident system restrict and improper resource allocation and industrial structure. The key to resolve these problems is to speed up the system reform of the media industry to improve relative industrial policies, carry out a media in- tegration strategy to transform the development pattern, facilitate the industrial convergence to optimize the industrial structure, and to build modern transmission system for improving the transmission ability.
