摘　　要：确定信息获取的影响因素,可进一步明确如何保障信息的无障碍获取。本文采用DEMA TEL方法构建信息获取影响因素的指标体系,系统分析各影响因素的综合影响指数,找到影响信息获取的主要因素,据此提出信息获取的保障对策。Identifying influencing factors of information acquisition helps to ensure information accessibility. With DEMATEL method, the present study tern of information acquisition＇ s influencing factors; analyzes the integrated make it clear how to deeply firstly builds the index sys- impact index of all factors and sorts them, and then finds the main factors; at last, puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
