摘　　要：本文旨在为研究建筑业引入竞争情报运行机制,构建建筑企业竞争情报系统并提出建筑企业竞争情报系统管理策略,为建筑企业认清行业现状,发现机遇提供科学依据。同时对建筑企业竞争情报应用系统的维护提出建议,为建筑企业的竞争情报提供一个良好的信息平台,有效整合了资源,提升了企业竞争力和推动建筑业可持续发展。In order to scientifically support building enterprises in capturing the industry status and exploring opportunities, this paper aims to study its operation mechanism in building industry, the employment of the Competition Intelligence System and as well as the construction of Competition Intelligence System and its management tactics for building enterprises. This paper also provide recommendations on the maintenance of the system, which as an information platform, to promote sharing of competition intelli- gence among building enterprises, effective resource synthesis, enhancement of enterprise competitive- ness and sustainability of building industry.
