摘　　要：本文以"长吉一体化"为依托,在确立"长吉一体化"科技信息共享原则的基础上,分层次设计了"长吉一体化"科技信息共享平台功能,即科技信息采集系统功能,包括信息推送、编辑与审查、监控与更新;科技信息管理系统功能,包括资源整合、权限控制、内容配置以及安全管理与动态功能扩展;科技信息发布系统功能,包括资源展示、查询检索、参考咨询服务等。The authors design the science and technology information sharing platform＇ s function based on the development of ＂Changchun and Jilin Integration＂ and the principles of science and technology in- formation sharing. It consists of three modules, including capturing system of science and technology infor- mation, management systems of science and technology information and release system of science and technology information. Information push, edition and censor, monitoring and updating are the main parts of capturing system. Resources integration, authority limitation, contents assignment and security management, dynamic function development construct the management system. Resources display, query and retrieval and reference service are included in the release system.
