肩周4点阻滞法配合肩关节闭合松解术治疗严重肩周炎的远期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肩周4点阻滞法+闭合松解术治疗严重肩周炎的远期疗效。方法:60例肩周炎患者随机分为两组,A组采用肩周4点阻滞法,而B组采用肩周4点阻滞法+闭合松解术进行治疗。半年后进行随访,记录两组患者疗效的改善率。结果:A组优良率为63.3%,B组优良率为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组的远期疗效优于A组。结论:采用肩周4点阻滞法配合肩关节闭合松解术治疗肩周炎可取得较满意的远期临床疗效。Objective：To investigate the long-term effects of 4-point block combined with shoulder release in treating severe frozen shoulder. Methods：Sixty cases of with frozen shoulders were divided into two groups： group A were treated with 4- point block around shoulder, while group B were treated with 4-point block of shoulder around along with manipulation. Follow-up visits were given to the patients through telephone after half a year, and then the improvement rate of two groups was recorded. Results：The excellent and good effective rate was 63.3% in group A and 86.7% in group B. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The results suggest that 4-point block of shoulder along with manipulation for frozen shoulder can receive better long-term effect.
