摘　　要：目的观察牛皮癣Ⅱ号汤治疗银屑病的临床疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法银屑病患者60例,随机分成2组,西医组30例,中西医结合组30例,观察4周。测定治疗前后转化生长因子(TGF)-β1水平、PASI评分及监测血尿常规和肝肾功能变化。结果治疗前西医组和中西医结合组的TGF-β1水平较正常对照组升高。治疗4周后,西医组和中西医结合组的TGF-β1水平均下降,两者比较中西医结合组优于西医组,具有统计学意义。PASI评分比较中西医结合组优于西医组,具有统计学意义。结论牛皮癣Ⅱ号汤对银屑病患者外周血TGF-β1具有调节作用,其疗效机制可能与免疫功能调控有关。Objective To observe the curative effect and regulation of immune response of Niupixuan Ⅱ Tang （NPX Ⅱ T） in psoriasis. Methods 60 cases with psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups： group one （western medicine group ） and group two （combination of Chinese and western medicine group）. The course of treatment was four weeks. The level of TGF-β1, blood and urine routines, liver and kidney function were measured and compared before and after treatment. Results The level of TGF-β1 in group one and group two increased before treatment. After four weeks treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups. The level of TGF-β1 in group two was much lower than that in group one. Conclusion Treatment of NPX ⅡT could take effect on the level of TGF-β1. The therapeutic mechanism of NPX Ⅱ T might have relations with immunoregualtion immunity function regulation.
