城市防灾公园防灾功能评价——以长沙市月湖公园为例

摘　　要：在灾害频发的今天,城市防灾公园的规划设计已经成为城市现代建设的重大课题。通过分析防灾公园的功能与作用,介绍了防灾功能评价的必要性与主要内容,并结合长沙新建的月湖公园的规模、周边环境、避难场所、防灾疏散通道、基础防灾设施以及防灾植物的现状调查与评价,提出了月湖公园防灾功能的不足,并对完善国内城市防灾公园的规划设计提出了建议,以落实我国防灾公园在城市防灾体系中的作用。Nowadays, urban disaster preventional parks planning and design has become a major issue in the construction of modern urban. By analysis of the function and action of disaster preventional park, this article introduces the necessity and fundamental content of functional evaluation of disaster prevention and combining the evaluation and investigation of scale, surrounding environment, shelters, disaster preventional evacuation passage, infrastructure and disaster preventional plants of the Yuehu Park constructed recently in Changsha City, the article points out the defects of the Yuehu Park＇ s disaster prevention function, and proposes the proposal to perfect the planning and design of urban disaster preventional park and realize the effect of disaster preventional parks in urban disaster prevention system.
