大学生对农民工的内隐身份污名:基于刻板解释偏差的探索

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生对农民工的内隐身份污名是否存在,同时考察社工和非社工专业大学生之间以及来自农村和城市大学生之间对农民工的内隐态度是否存在差异。方法:采用刻板解释偏差测量问卷对47名社工专业和50名非社工专业大学生进行测量。结果:大学生总体以及来源地为农村的大学生对农民工群体的消极行为做了更多的解释;大学生总体对农民工群体的积极行为的内归因数多于外归因数,社工专业和非社工专业以及来自于农村的大学生对农民工的积极行为也做了更多的内归因,来自于农村的大学生对城市居民的消极行为做了更多的内归因;来自于农村的大学生对农民工群体的积极行为倾向于内归因,对城市人群体的积极行为倾向于外归因。结论:大学生对农民工群体不存在内隐身份污名;社工专业和非社工专业大学生对农民工群体的态度没有差异;来自于农村的大学生对农民工群体的态度更加积极。Objective： To explore whether identity-related stigma towards migrant workers exists among university stu- dents, and investigate the difference between students who majored in social work and students majored in non-social work. Methods： 47 students who majored in social work and 50 students who majored in non-social work finished the study task through SEB questionnaires. Results All students and students who were from rural areas made more explana- tion for the negative behaviors of migrant workers; all students and students with different professions made more internal attribution to positive behaviors of migrant workers, along with students who were from rural areas, and they also made more internal attribution to negative behaviors of city dweller; students who were from rural areas tended to make internal attribution to positive behaviors of migrant workers, made external attribution to positive behaviors of city dweller. Con- clusion： The implicit identity-related stigma towards migrant workers does not exist among the university students; the at- titude towards migrant workers have no difference between students who majored in social work and majored in non-social work; students who are from rural area have more positive attitude towards migrant workers.
