中文版人际长处量表的模型验证及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的:将人际长处量表(Inventory of Interpersonal Strengths,IIS)引入中国,并在大学生群体中对其理论结构和信效度进行检验。方法:1115名在校大学生完成中文版人际长处量表(C-IIS)、部分被试完成大五人格量表(NEO-FFI)和生活满意度量表(SWLS)。结果:①探索性因子分析和环形结构分析证明C-IIS符合环形顺序假设并可拟合准环形模型;②8种人际长处类型与神经质人格显著负相关,与外向性和严谨性人格显著正相关,与生活满意度显著正相关;③总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.96,8个分量表Cronbach’sα系数在0.70-0.90之间。结论:C-IIS符合人际环形模型并具有较好的信效度,可作为国内测量人际长处的有效工具。Objective： To analyze the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Inventory of Interpersonal Strengths （C-IIS） for Chinese undergraduates and explore the circumplex structure. Methods： A total of 1115 Chinese un- dergraduate students completed the Chinese version of the IIS（C-IIS）, in addition to NEO Five-Factor Inventory（NEO-FFI） and Satisfaction with Life Scale（SWLS）. Results： （1）Result of exploratory and circumplex analysis supported the hypothesis of circumplex structure and that C-IIS had acceptable fit of circumplex model; （2）Through validity analysis, 8 kinds of in- terpersonal strengths showed significant negative correlation with neuroticism, and positive correlation with extraversion, conscientiousness, openness, agreeableness and life satisfaction; （3）Reliability analysis supported excellent internal consis- tency reliability of the C-IIS, the subscales＇ internal consistency reliability were between 0.70 and 0.90, and the coeffi- cient alpha of total scale was 0.96. Conclusion： The C-IIS has good reliability, validity as well as circumplex structure; it can be applied to interpersonal research areas.
