摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法对西兰花种子及其不同器官诱导的愈伤组织中萝卜硫素的含量进行比较。结果表明供试的9个品种的种子中萝卜硫素含量差异显著,"玉皇"含量最高,达942.758μg/g;"中青9号"含量最低,为172.808μg/g。不同器官诱导的愈伤组织中萝卜硫素平均含量子叶>胚轴>胚根,种子中的平均含量分别为各器官获得愈伤组织平均含量的1.45、2.37和2.92倍。The content and distribution of sulforaphen were investigated by HPLC in seeds and callus induced from different organs of Broccoli species. The results showed that there were significant differences in sulforaphen content among the 9 broccoli species. ＇ Yu huang＇ seeds had the highest content of sulforaphen, up to 942. 758 μg/g, while ＇ Zhong qing NO . 9＇ was the lowest one （ 172. 808 μg/g）. The order of sulforaphen contents among different callus was seed lobe 〉 hypocotyls 〉 radicle. The average content of seeds was 1.45,2.37 and 2.92 times as high as each organ callus.
