论与“双语”师资培训相适应的实验室管理研究

摘  要:在承担"双语"教师培训任务的院校中,理科实验室的建设、有效管理和教学利用,为提高教师的专业知识水平"、双语"教学能力与技能起重要的作用。而"双语"实验室的管理机制和运作水平,会影响"双语"教师培训专业课和专业技能课的教学效果和质量,进而可以影响受训教师"双语"教学能力的提高和整体培训质量。针对这一问题,本文论述如何改革和创新实验室管理机制,修改和优化课程教学方案,培养实验技术人员,提高"双语"实验室的利用效率。In colleges shouldering "bilingual" teacher training tasks, the construction, effective management and teaching appli- cation of labs for science departments play an important role in improving teachers' professional skills and "bilingual" teaching ability, The management and operation system of "bilingual" labs can influence the teaching effect and quality of professional courses and professional skill courses of "bilingual" teacher training, as well as the improvement of teachers' "bilingual" teaching ability and comprehensive training quality. In view of this issue, this paper interprets how to reform and innovate lab management system, revise and optimize curriculum teaching plan, and cultivate experiment technicians, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of "bilingual" labs.
