摘　　要：当代大学生对非物质文化遗产的传承与发展有责无旁贷的责任和使命,本文试图通过中国传统文化概论课程中酒文化教学的改革实践,使学生了解黑龙江酒类非物质文化遗产的特点,进行相关的记录、调查并提出相应的保护和传承措施。Contemporary college students shoulder the responsi- bility and mission of intangible cultural heritage and develop- ment. Through the teaching reform and practice of wine culture in the course of introduction to Chinese traditional culture, this pa- per attempts to make students know about the characteristics of alcoholic intangible cultural heritage in Heilongjiang, and pro- poses corresponding measures for its protection and heritage.
