乳腺癌患者术后的规范化康复护理及其效果评价

摘　　要：目的：评价规范化康复护理对乳腺癌术后患者的康复效果。方法：选取2011年7月～2012年6月在我院及四川大学华西医院行乳腺癌改良根治术的患者58例作为试验组，2010年7月～2011年6月接受同样手术的乳腺癌患者54例作为历史对照组，试验组在康复专科护士指导下开展规范化康复护理，对照组由普通护士做健康指导，比较两组研究对象的患肢功能和生命质量。结果：试验组肩关节运动幅度（X2=6．0496，P=0．014）、肌力（，=3．8621，P=0．049）、精细运动功能（X2=4．9509，P=0．026）均优于对照组，生命质量评分增速高于对照组（F=11．77，P=0．001）。结论：乳腺癌患者术后进行规范化康复护理是促进患肢功能恢复的重要环节，对提高患者的生命质量有着十分重要的意义。Objective ： To evaluate the effect for standardized rehabilitation nursing of patients with mammary cancer after rad- ical mastectomy. Methods： The trial group came from the Du Jiangyan Peoples＇ Hospital and the West China hospital from July 2011 to June 2012, and the control group from July 2010 to June 2011. The patients＇limb function and quality of life were compared between the trial group which received standardized rehabilitation nursing given by the specialist nurses and those in the control group which re- ceived health education provided by ordinary nurses. Results： The function of shoulder joint （X2 = 6. 0496, P = 0. 014） , the muscle strength（X2 =3. 8621, P =0. 049） and the fine motor function （X2 =4. 9509, P =0. 026） of the trial group were better than that of the control group. The score of patients＇ quality of life in the trial group was improved faster than that in the control group（ F = 11.77, P =0. 001 ）. Conclusion： It is important to apply standardized rehabilitation nursing on patients with mammary cancer after radical mastectomy for the rehabilitation of limb function, and it is helpful for improving patient＇ quality of life.
