摘  要:以大型乳化液泵为研究对象,运用SolidWorks对其各零件进行建模,并构建装配体模型,作相应的干涉检查。采用Motion模拟乳化液泵的运动,依据得出的运动参数,分析曲轴颈部受力情况,检验和验证曲轴的承载能力及工作寿命,为设计和改进曲轴提供理论参考。Based on large displacement emulsion pump as research object, each part of the emulsion pump was modeled in response to the application of SolidWorks, and the assembly model was established,then related interference was checked. Movement of the emulsion pump was simulated based on Motion , and motion parameters were obtained and the force of crankshaft neck was analyzed to examine and check force on crankshaft and work life of crankshaft, theory reference is provided for the design and innovation of crankshaft.
