摘 要:通过对四川省煤矿在用带式输送机安全性能检测检验,结合实际情况,对带式输送机在使用过程中容易出现打滑故障的形式进行分类判断,提出结合井下实际环境中带式输送机打滑故障种类,并将故障定义为退化、损坏、失效和卡堵等几种不同的模式,详细分析识别导致带式输送机系统故障发生的原因,清晰地判明潜在的故障,便于改进设计,也可以用于指导故障诊断,优化运行和维修方案。同时,从技术和管理的角度,提出打滑故障的预防措施,实现了对带式输送机安全、可靠、高效运行。Sichuan province using in coal mine belt conveyor check and inspection performance, combines with the actual situation, the belt conveyor in the use process prone fault form to classify judgment, combining with the actual environment of underground bel sliding fault types and fault, defines as degradation, damage, failure and blocking and so of safety to slipping t conveyor on several different models, a detailed analysis of the belt conveyor system to identify the reasons for the failure, clearly ascertain potential failure, in order to improve the design, but also can be used to guide the fault diagnosis, optimization of operation and maintenance scheme. At the same time, from the perspective of technology and management, puts forward slip fault prevention measures, implementation of belt conveyer safety, reliable, efficient operation.
