摘　　要：针对某型号装载机润滑系统存在无法实现对润滑点持续有效润滑的问题,应用集中润滑系统进行改造研究,确定润滑系统的组成和工作原理,通过AMESim仿真软件建立系统仿真模型,仿真结果表明集中润滑系统可持续有效地对润滑点进行润滑,为提高润滑效率,降低生产成本,满足装载机安全高效生产提供了一定的理论基础。According to the loader lubrication system is unable to realize the lubrication points last effectively. Using the centralized lubrication system solves the issue, and researchs the form and working principle.The system simulation model is made by the AMESim simulation software.The results show that the centralized lubrication system can constant lubrication point for lubrication effectively. In order to improve the lubrication efficiency, reduce production cost, meet the loader safety and efficient production to trovide a certain theoretical basis.
