摘 要:目的观察血管性血友病因子(vWF)在较高转移潜能人非小细胞肺癌细胞株95D及较低转移潜能人非小细胞肺癌细胞株95C的表达及vWF与这两株细胞的黏附,初步探讨vWF与人肺癌转移的关系。方法免疫组化观察vWF在这两株细胞的表达,通过黏附实验和四氮唑兰盐(MTT)法观察vWF与这两株细胞的黏附。结果免疫组化显示vWF在95D细胞表达呈强阳性,在95C细胞呈弱阳性;黏附实验和MTT法显示vWF均可以同这两株细胞黏附,其中与95D细胞黏附较强。结论 95D及95C细胞均能产生vWF,vWF可以与这两株细胞黏附,vWF可能通过发挥黏附作用从而促进肺癌转移。Objective To observe the expression of vWF in human non-small cell lung cancer cell line 95D with the highly metastatic potential and 95 C with the weakly metastatic potential, and study vWF adhesion with the cell line 95D and 95C,and the relation between vWF and human lung cancer metastasis. Methods vWF protein was examined using immunohistochemical staining method in the cell line 95D and 95C. Adhesion capability of hu- man lung cancer line 95D and 95C on vWF was examined by adhesion experiment and MTT experiment. Results Expression of vWF in human lung cancer cells 95 D was strong positive immunoreactivity, in 95 C was weakl positive immunoreactivity. Human lung cancer cells 95 D and 95C were able to adhere to vWF, which adhesion to 95 D cells was higher than to 95C cells. Conclusion Human lung cancer cells 95D and 95C both express vWF. Human lung cancer cells 95D and 95C are able to adhere to vWF,vWF can contribute to tumor metastasis by adhering effect.
